The Enneagram is a personality assessment that helps you understand why you do what you do so that you can better love those around you.
An ancient tool for self-discovery and personal growth, the Enneagram is based on nine personality types and their unique ways of relating to the world. By learning the “why” behind the way you think, feel and behave, you gain more understanding, compassion and mercy for yourself and others. The beauty of the Enneagram is that, through self-discovery, one can create and sustain meaningful and lasting relationships with others, God and themselves.

Week 1 - Triads + Levels of Development
Week 2 - Wings + Lines & Arrows
Week 3 - Defense Mechanisms + Instinctual Subtypes
Week 4 - Parent Orientation + Wounding Childhood Message
Week 5 - Gospel Message (optional) + Paths to Growth
Five 1:1 coaching sessions; you will need to schedule and pay for each session individually (total cost $150). Prerequisite: "Begin"

Mary Kate (Browning) Strimpfel currently serves as OLPRC's Assistant Director, overseeing Sponsored Retreats and Communications. She graduated in 2015 with a B.A. in Organizational Communication and completed her Masters in Practical Theology at Winebrenner Theological Seminary in 2021. Mary Kate is “Your Enneagram Coach” certified and has been studying the impact personality plays on our relationships with God, self and others since 2016. In 2023, she completed a year-long cohort on Family Systems and the Enneagram led by renowned Enneagram author and master teacher, Suzanne Stabile. *SYMBIS takes four sessions to complete (each session is $30 and lasts 1 hour). Sessions can be done in-person at the Pines or online via Zoom. There is also a $35 registration fee that covers the cost of your initial assessment.
