Yoga Returns to The Pines

Beginning Monday, May 3, 2021, yoga classes will return to Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center!

Local certified instructors April Halm and Pam Weller will co-teach the all-levels hatha yoga class.  There is no prior experience necessary; this is a gentle class focused on stretching and breathing.  Each class is $12 per person, or a six-class pass can be purchased for $60.  (Unused class passes from last fall are still valid!)

Classes and passes can be purchased online (see below) or at Our Lady of the Pines prior to the start of class.

Sessions begin at 5:30 and will last one hour; classes will be held outside or, in the case of inclement weather, in the Mercy Conference Room.  Please bring a yoga mat if possible; thanks to a generous donor, OLPRC has mats that can be borrowed if you are in need of one.
