YOGA AT THE PINES
Local certified instructors April Halm and Pam Weller will co-teach the all-levels hatha yoga class. There is no prior experience necessary; this is a gentle class focused on stretching and breathing. Each class is $12 per person, or a six-class pass can be purchased for $60. (Unused class passes from last fall are still valid!)
Classes are Mondays at 5:30-6:30pm both in-person (Mercy Conference Room) or online (Zoom).
Workshop will consist of:
-Hatha deep hold stretches
-Gentle balance and flexibility poses
-Slow flow poses
-Restorative poses with aromatherapy
-Meditative facial massage
Whether you're experienced with yoga - or looking to try it out for the first time - this workshop is for you!

$60 Yoga Pass
Purchase a yoga pass to attend six yoga classes for the price of five! Pass is good for any six of our Monday night Outdoor Yoga Classes (excluding Yoga Workshop on Oct. 23rd). You will receive your pass when you attend your first session.
Meet the Team:
Pam received her Personal Trainer certification in 1998 and proceeded to add to her fitness portfolio by attending Yogaworks RYT300 certification in June 2000. Certified in teaching various fitness classes in the Fremont and surrounding areas since 1999, she continues with education on fitness trends (however she knows the "classics" are always a constant for this area!) Pam greatly enjoys hosting workshops consisting of yoga, reflexology and aromatherapy. An
avid runner, Pam has completed full and half marathons, trail runs, and triathlons. She is involved in her family's business with harness race horses and is certified in Equine massage and practices "pony pilates" to keep their athletes in good health.
