Meet The Team
Heidi has over 20 years of experience in school and church ministry in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin. She completed a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Studies from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism with a minor in English from the University of Dayton. She holds certificates in both Retreat Ministry (University of Dayton) and Church Management (Villanova University). Heidi and her husband Mark, have four children, a dog, and a cat; when she does have free time, Heidi loves to do yoga, read, play the piano, and complete crossword puzzles. She is an avid fan of all things summer, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Penn State football.

Judy Koebel comes to the Pines with a BA in Accounting from Tiffin University. She has worked in the Accounting field for a variety of businesses; from billboards to race cars to a counseling center. Judy is married to husband Randall, has two adult daughters and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, spending time at her cabin by the lake and crafts.
Marissa graduated from SJCC in 2010 and went on to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles. She later received her Advanced Esthetics license in 2014 and comes to the Pines with a background in customer service and hospitality. In 2018 she returned to college and is working towards a major in marketing and two minors in business management and human resources. In her spare time she enjoys playing disc golf with her boyfriend and their dog Moose as well as reading, traveling, boating, painting silk scarves, keeping up to date with what's new in skin care, and listening to Harry Potter audio books while in the office.
Sister Wanda Smith, RSM
Food Services Manager
Sr. Wanda Smith, RSM is a Sister of Mercy of the South Central Community and has been since 1979. Prior to coming to The Pines, Sr. Wanda served in parish pastoral work, in vocation ministry and congregational leadership for The Sisters of Mercy. Sr. Wanda holds an MA in Theology from Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio. She has many years of experience in directed, guided and preached retreats.
Barb Depinet attended Bowling Green State University for Business Management and received her Serve-Safe Certification in 2008. In May of 2016 she received her Level-2 Certification for Manager in Charge.
She enjoys going to flea markets, making crafts, cooking and spending time with her family (especially her grandsons).
Bill is a proud graduate of SJCC and THE Ohio Northern University. He was an elementary school teacher for 36 years and spent 10 summers working on the grounds of St. Bernardine Home and OLPRC before he retired from teaching. Bill is married, has three children and two grandaughters. He enjoys boating, fishing, bike riding, golfing, and of course rooting for the Cleveland Indians.
